The tournament was played on the 20th of September in Interlaken (Switzerland). The course was built in 1967 and was originally designed by Don Harradine.

 

Head Greenkeepers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland came to Interlaken for a practice round on the 19th of September before playing the actual tournament on the 20th. The course was in an excellent condition as 60 head Greenkeepers and their invited guests played for the various trophies.

 

The invitations included the practice round, the tournament, lodging, and two great evenings at the Casino in Interlaken which included entertainment and scrumptuos food.
